Service Description

We are pleased to offer comprehensive RICS/RPSA/NHQB inspections of architect designed, bespoke or new build homes with 6 bedrooms or more. Our survey combines the condition and structural survey of a RICS level 2 and 3 survey with compliance with building regulation and the NHBC technical Standard, if the property is covered by a NHBC warranty.
