Post Completion Snag Survey, PCSS
The PCSS is a more comprehensive survey that considers the property in its completed state and its compliance with design tolerances, building standards, quality of finish and functionality testing. The PCCS is often used as a reference survey when moving in or as an end-of-warranty safeguard. The 450-650 point survey is conduscted by RICS or RPSA acredited surveyors.
Platinum Post Completion Package, PCSS
The platinum package features unlimited lines of inspection, is truly no-stone-unturned, and includes our full thermal inspection, enhanced drone survey, air-quality environmental tests, and endoscopic examination of the cavity. This survey is designed for house buyers seeking absolute assurance, and is conducted by RICS and RPSA-accredited surveyors.
Pre-Completion Inspection,
PCI
This NHQB-designed inspection is a basic inspection to give assurance that the property is compliant with NHBC standards. The inspection is restrictive, supervised by the developer's site team and limited to pre-defined lines of inspection.
Please note the developer may require between 7-14 days to arrange a date for the survey to go ahead .
