The inspection is conducted by two RICS and/or RPSA accredited surveyors and includes all the features of the PCS survey, with unlimited lines of inspection, the cold house thermal survey, cavity inspection where required, air quality tests and enhanced drone inspection of the roof as well as endoscopic examination of the property's drainage system. Recommended for larger, high value homes, or to satisfy mortgage requirements, the package represents a saving of over £300 compared to buying individual services. 1 Developer meeting included 1 Customer briefing included (in person or by video call).
